Cordoba Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own client campaigns end to end—from audit to optimization. You will talk directly with clients, defend decisions, and manage brand and non-brand activities with a focus on incremental growth.

Your role requires strong communication, strategic thinking, and deep knowledge of Google Ads, GA4, GTM, and Shopify, with the ability to work US Eastern hours remotely.

Qualifications

• Own the client relationship and present plans with rationale.
• Audit accounts before touching them and communicate findings clearly.
• Know PMax and brand vs non-brand dynamics and attribution.
• Be able to work with US Eastern hours for client calls.
• Have real money ad spend experience in DTC/eCommerce.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC Google Ads accounts from end to end.
• Audit, structure campaigns, and defend your optimization decisions.
• Run brand and non-brand campaigns as separate entities.
• Define and track attribution, conversions, and ROI.
• Build and deploy landing pages or assets when needed.
