Sezzle is seeking a Marketing Growth Communications Intern in Argentina, remote. You will support campaigns behind consumer programs—subscriptions, giveaways, surveys, and lifecycle communications—across Braze, email, push, SMS, and in-app.

You will build assets, manage compliance, report performance, and help optimize content through segmentation and analytics, while collaborating with Design, Product, and Compliance.

This role offers early career growth and exposure to a fast-paced fintech team.

Formación

• Pursuing or recently completed degree in marketing, communications, advertising, business, or related field.
• Basic project management skills.
• Experience with Braze or other CRM/marketing automation is a plus.
• Experience building email templates or landing pages is a plus.
• Experience with email, push, in-app messaging, eCommerce, or digital marketing is a plus.
• Experience with Claude or similar LLM tools is required; comfortable using AI to boost productivity.

Responsabilidades

• Build marketing communications in Braze across email, push, SMS, and in-app.
• Build and QA landing pages and assets; ensure proper rendering before reaching shoppers.
• Own asset production flow: build, QA, approvals, deployment, and stakeholder communication.
• Manage compliance and legal approvals of assets.
• Support day-to-day operations; keep campaigns up to date and on schedule.
• Maintain and organize briefs, schedules, reports, and final assets.
• Identify risks early and propose mitigations.
• Support client and sales teams with in-app promo setup and reporting.
• Pull campaign performance data and report results.
• Recommend optimizations for next campaigns based on past results.
• Test copy, creative, and timing; determine which version performs best.
• Use Claude/AI to speed up research, first drafts, and reporting.
