Sezzle is seeking a Marketing Growth Analytics & Operations Intern to join a fast-paced, data-driven team. You will work at the intersection of marketing, data engineering, and product, turning data into actionable insights and building dashboards.

The role emphasizes writing SQL, designing experiments, and using AI to automate recurring analyses while collaborating with Product and Engineering to translate needs into concrete requirements.

Formación

• Basic working knowledge of SQL.
• Familiarity with Python, JavaScript, HTML/CSS; comfortable reading code.
• Interest in business/product side, not just engineering.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Familiar with AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT as part of workflow.
• Experience working in agile, matrixed teams with quick turnarounds.
• Strong bias for action.

Responsabilidades

• Write SQL to pull campaign, cohort and subscription performance.
• Track metrics: DAU, NTM, LTV, CAC.
• Compare performance across time periods and segments; flag material shifts.
• Own dashboards and use AI to extract insights.
