Sezzle is seeking a Marketing Growth Analytics & Operations Intern in Argentina, remote, to join our growth team focused on campaigns, experiments, and data-driven decisions.

You’ll write SQL, track metrics like DAU, LTV, CAC, and build dashboards, collaborating with product and engineering. The role blends marketing insight with data science, offering hands-on learning and exposure to AI tooling.

Formación

• Currently pursuing or recently completed degree in engineering, computer science, data science, statistics, mathematics, economics, or a related technical field
• Exposure to BI tools (Redash/Looker/Tableau) is a plus
• Prior experience with Braze CRM is a plus
• Any experience with product management, experiment design, or A/B testing is a plus
• Demonstrated experience working with Claude or equivalent large language model tools is required

Responsabilidades

• Write SQL to pull campaign, cohort, and subscription performance
• Track metrics like DAU, NTM, LTV, CAC
• Design and measure experiments across channels
• Own dashboards and use AI to derive insights
• Bridge marketing and engineering by turning needs into specs
• Automate recurring reports and build templates
