Sezzle is seeking a Marketing Growth Communications Intern to join a dynamic, fast-paced team. You will support campaigns behind consumer programs (subscriptions, giveaways, surveys, lifecycle communications) and manage our Braze CRM across email, push, SMS, and in-app.

You will build assets, handle approvals, report on performance, help with content for channel optimization, and collaborate with Marketing, Design, Product and Compliance.

Formación

• Excellent command of English writing and editing.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns with attention to detail.
• Experience crafting concise, engaging copy for digital channels.
• Comfort with data and campaign metrics to derive insights.
• Basic design sense and familiarity with Figma or similar tools.
• Proficient use of AI tools for research, drafting and summaries.
• Experience working in agile, matrix teams with quick turnarounds.
• Strong bias for action and proactive problem solving.

Responsabilidades

• Build marketing communications in Braze across email, push, SMS and in-app.
• Create and QA landing pages and campaign assets.
• Own asset production flow: build, QA, approvals and deployment.
• Manage compliance and legal approvals for assets.
• Support day-to-day campaign operations and documentation.
• Identify risks and propose mitigation approaches.
• Support in-app promotional setup and reporting.
• Pull campaign data and report results; suggest optimizations.
• Experiment with copy, timing and sequencing to improve performance.
• Leverage AI tools to speed up research and drafting tasks.
