Sezzle is seeking a Marketing Growth Analytics & Operations Intern to join the Marketing Growth team. You will write SQL to measure campaign performance, track key metrics, and own dashboards that guide decisions across channels.

You’ll design and analyze experiments, partner with engineers, and leverage AI to automate repetitive tasks. The role emphasizes collaboration across marketing, data science, and product, with opportunities for growth in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Formación

• Basic working knowledge of SQL.
• Familiarity with Python, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and reading code.
• Interest in business and product sides, not just engineering.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• AI tools (Claude/ChatGPT) are part of your workflow.
• Comfort in agile, matrixed teams with quick turnarounds.
• Strong bias for action.

Responsabilidades

• Write SQL to pull campaign, cohort, and subscription performance.
• Track metrics: DAU, NTM, LTV, CAC.
• Compare performance across time periods and segments; flag shifts.
• Own dashboards and use AI to derive insights.
• Design A/B tests across channels and define success metrics.
• Write post-test analyses and extract learnings.
• Own surveys from request to results; analyze and report.
• Translate marketing needs into engineer-ready specs; trace issues via dashboards and logs.
• QA new features and surfaces; guide marketing usage.
• Spot underused channels and propose optimizations.
