Job summary

Sezzle is seeking a Marketing and Communications Intern to support campaign execution across email, push, SMS, and in-app channels. You’ll help create personalized content, manage CRM assets, and analyze performance with the marketing team.

You’ll work in a fast-paced fintech environment, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, learning Braze, and leveraging AI tools to boost engagement and revenue for Sezzle's consumers and merchants.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail with multiple moving parts.
• Basic project management and organizational skills.
• Experience with email, push notifications and in-app messaging is a plus.
• Experience with content marketing and analytics is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day asset production flow including asset/CRM build, QA, approvals, deployment, and analytics.
• Support campaign optimization through performance reporting.
• Maintain marketing communications in Braze and CRM tools.
• Assist with content creation and copywriting for multi-channel campaigns.
• Analyze data to support segmentation, tests, and reporting.
• Collaborate with sales and client teams on in-app promotions.
