Job summary

Pavago is seeking a hands-on account manager to own client accounts end to end, from initial proposal through onboarding and ongoing optimization. You will draft brand messaging in Claude, run SEO, social and paid media, and handle conversion tracking and ad account structure directly.

You will build Claude-based workflows, edit every AI draft for tone and trust, and manage multi-location accounts with clear reporting. This is a fully remote, contractor role with USD pay and US Central hours.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
• Technical grounding in conversion tracking or launching sites.
• Experience using Claude or similar AI tools.
• Near-native English for client calls and updates.
• Experience handling multiple client accounts, possibly across locations.
• Brand and copy judgment with ability to defend decisions.
• Comfort with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new accounts and get sites, tracking and channels live within about two weeks.
• Verify conversion tracking counts real bookings before budget changes.
• Write brand messaging, location pages and client updates drafted in Claude and edited by you.
• Run SEO, social, and paid media hands-on, including ad account structure.
• Structure multi-location accounts so location metrics read clearly and compare cost per booked appointment.
• Convert repeated tasks into Claude workflows used by the team.
• Join client calls, including some in other time zones.
