Parexel is seeking a Manager, Central Monitoring in Argentina to lead centralized monitoring for global trials and perform analytical data reviews of KRIs and KPIs. You will work closely with CDRAs and data analysts to ensure effective signal detection and risk management and will participate in process improvements and industry collaborations.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, experience with clinical databases/EDC, and familiarity with RBQM methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 7+ years in biotech/pharma with central monitoring exposure.
• Experience with RBQM concepts, data analysis, and risk assessment.
• Strong communication and ability to present findings to study teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead development of the Central Monitoring Plan aligned with RBQM.
• Configure and execute Central Monitoring RBQM system across studies.
• Analyze KRIs/KPIs, interpret data trends, and propose mitigations.
• Present findings to study teams and support root cause analysis.
• Document outputs, track actions, and ensure timely closure.
• Represent Central Monitoring in audits and client discussions.
• Oversee CRO activities to ensure compliant monitoring standards.
• Drive process improvements and evaluate new monitoring tech.
