Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Clinical Laboratory Study Manager (CLSM) in Argentina to oversee end-to-end sample handling, biomarker workflows and data quality across trials. You will coordinate with PM, DM, SKDL and CLPM to ensure timely, accurate lab data and sample integrity, including chain of custody and regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes collaboration with CROs and internal teams to resolve sample-related issues, manage budgets and support study timelines, with a focus on precision medicine

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years clinical research experience in CRO, pharma or biotech.
• Working knowledge of clinical drug development, ICH, GCP and FDA/regulatory practices.
• Bachelor degree in life sciences or related field; biology/engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support study teams as SME for sample management and testing, addressing risks and queries.
• Oversee biosample processing, storage, shipping, data transfer and lifecycle.
• Coordinate data transfer specs and study data capture with DM/CTM groups.
• Guide site training on collection, storage and shipment to ensure protocol compliance.
• Lead or support logistics for kits, samples, data and vendor management.
• Develop tools/dashboards for tracking samples, biomarker data and lab operations.
