Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM on a remote basis. You will guide a global team, oversee clinical deliverables, and ensure alignment with regulatory standards. Collaboration with project and clinical leads will optimize speed, quality, and cost of delivery.

The role requires 3+ years in clinical monitoring, 2+ years in a lead capacity, and strong English communication. You will mentor staff, manage resources, and uphold audit readiness across multiple studies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on-site CRA) and strong knowledge of ICH GCP.
• +2 years in a Lead role with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong written and verbal English skills (Mandatory).
• Excellent organizational, problem solving and decision making skills.
• Results- and detail-oriented approach to work delivery and output.
• Motivational, influencing, negotiating and coaching abilities.
• Ability to work on multiple global projects and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables across global projects.
• Serve as Unblinded Clinical Lead including IP management and regulatory considerations.
• May act as Clinical Lead when not assigned and at project close out.
• Manage project resources (CRAs, Central Monitors, CTAs, Centralized Monitoring Assistants).
• Monitor study/site metrics and trend analyses, and implement action plans.
• Develop analytics strategy and advanced analytics for studies.
• Support monitoring strategy development with triggers/thresholds.
• Attend study team or client meetings.
• Ensure documentation accuracy and audit readiness.
• Mentor or coach junior staff.
