Job summary

Indero, a global clinical leader in dermatology and rheumatology, seeks a Principal Central Monitor in Argentina to lead centralized monitoring initiatives from study start through database lock. You will drive tool development, risk-based analyses and cross-functional collaboration to ensure data integrity.

The role requires 5+ years in central statistical monitoring, strong RBQM knowledge and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a field relevant to clinical research.
• Minimum 5 years in central statistical monitoring; 10+ years in related areas.
• Expertise in RBQM and its impact on data integrity.
• Knowledge of clinical trial database systems (EDC, IRT, CTMS).
• Fluent English with strong written and spoken communication.
• Able to work in non-traditional work environments.
• Fast learner with ability to grasp new concepts quickly.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of tools, guidelines and analyses in Centralized Monitoring.
• Set up study-specific tools, analyses and monitoring plans.
• Act as strategic lead across multiple studies for complex analyses.
• Automate risk-based monitoring tasks (data mapping, retrieval, reports).
• Mentor and train new team members.
• Identify data quality trends and potential risks.
• Represent monitoring in risk assessment meetings.
