Job summary

Pfizer in Buenos Aires is seeking a Senior Associate, Central Monitor to ensure data quality within Risk-Based Monitoring across clinical studies. You will define KRIs, review study data, and collaborate with global teams to resolve issues and improve processes.

The role requires 3–5 years in clinical development or data management, strong knowledge of Oracle/PL-SQL/SAS, and excellent communication skills. Hybrid work 2–3 days in the office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a scientific or business field.
• Experience in clinical data management or monitoring.
• Knowledge of RBM concepts, KRIs and study data review.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements (ICH GCP/SOPs).

Responsibilities

• Implement RBM strategies and define KRIs for study systems.
• Set up and test RBM tools at the study level and ensure data quality.
• Review outputs and manage signals/actions with the study team.
• Coordinate with global teams and support issue resolution.
