Job summary

Pfizer in Buenos Aires, Argentina, seeks a Senior Associate, Central Monitor to ensure data completeness, quality and integrity in our clinical trial database under Risk Based Monitoring (RBM). You will help set up KRIs, review study data, and support issue resolution across global study teams.

This role requires a Bachelor’s in a scientific or business field and 3–5 years in clinical development, with experience in data management, CRF design, and database programming (Oracle/PL/SQL/SAS).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in a scientific or business discipline.
• 3–5 years working experience in the clinical development fields.
• Knowledge of clinical trial database and its applications.
• Experience in Windows environment and MS Office; familiarity with RBM systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure completeness, quality and integrity of subject data in the clinical trial database under RBM.
• Define KRIs, test RBM systems, and oversee signal and action management.
• Coordinate with global study teams to meet study objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Provide QA oversight and troubleshoot database issues; support oversight lead as needed.
