Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM with remote work options across Argentina, Brazil, and other LATAM countries. The role partners with project and clinical leads to deliver study objectives while optimizing speed, quality and cost, in line with IQVIA SOPs and global guidelines.

The candidate will lead a team of CRAs and central monitors, manage study metrics and risk mitigation, and contribute to analytics strategy. Strong English skills and prior leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• 3+ years of remote or on-site clinical monitoring experience with knowledge of ICH GCP.
• 2+ years in a Lead role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including advanced command of English.
• Strong organizational, problem solving and decision making skills.
• Results- and detail-oriented work delivery.
• Excellent motivational, influencing, negotiating and coaching skills.
• Ability to manage multiple global projects and competing priorities.
• Ability to lead and work effectively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee deliverables per protocol, SOPs, and regulations.
• Act as Unblinded Clinical Lead and manage IP for studies, including risk mitigation.
• Mentor junior staff and manage project resources (CRAs, Central Monitors, etc.).
• Develop monitoring strategy and analytics; contribute to RBM tools and templates.
• Ensure complete documentation and eTMF readiness; support study teams and client meetings.
