Job summary

Valatam is seeking a Logistics & Operations Assistant for a 100% remote, full-time role overseeing administrative and operational tasks across Operations, Billing, and Customer Communication with strong attention to detail.

You will coordinate scheduling, maintain CRM data, respond to inquiries, and prepare clear customer-facing documentation. Fluency in English and Spanish, independent work style, and multi-tasking ability are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in operations, admin support, or customer-facing roles.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with project management tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM/ERP or order management systems is a plus.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Quiet home office with stable internet.
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor administrative tasks across departments within timelines.
• Maintain accurate data entry and update CRM and internal systems.
• Respond to customer and internal inquiries via email and chat.
• Coordinate scheduling, follow-ups, and documentation for operations.
• Ensure customer files and notes are organized and accessible.
• Prepare clear, error-free customer-facing documentation and reports.
• Identify issues or delays and elevate them to the appropriate coordinator.
• Other related tasks as needed.
