Job summary

Valatam is hiring an Operations & Project Associate to manage operational tasks independently, coordinate projects, and keep workflows running smoothly. This 100% remote, full-time role is suited for someone who can handle moderately complex processes and adapt when documentation is incomplete.

The position requires fluent English and Spanish, 3–4 years in related roles, and proficiency with project tools like Asana/Notion/Trello or Google Workspace.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or a related role.
• Ability to follow structured processes and perform repetitive tasks with accuracy.
• Bilingual English and Spanish proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Document and improve existing processes, identify gaps and maintain records.
• Structure file organization in Google Drive with folder systems.
• Data entry and internal report generation, flag inconsistencies and suggest corrections.
• Manage client and vendor emails, draft responses and follow up independently.
• Research and synthesize findings into clear, actionable documents.
• Coordinate and track project tasks across cross-functional teams to meet deadlines.
