Whizz is seeking an experienced accounting professional to provide Level 2 support for US accounting, tax, bookkeeping, and payroll from Argentina. The role requires strong accounting judgment and independent issue resolution.

The candidate will handle complex inquiries, work with Zendesk and proprietary systems, and must communicate clearly in English across US business hours. Remote, international collaboration offered.

Qualificações

• Must have professional accounting experience with US accounting and taxation.
• Strong English written and verbal communication.
• Ability to investigate complex issues and provide technical accounting judgment.
• Experience handling tax notices and customer-facing financial support.
• Ability to explain complex topics to nontechnical customers.

Responsabilidades

• Provide specialized Level 2 support for complex US accounting, tax, bookkeeping, and payroll inquiries.
• Investigate and resolve escalated and directly assigned accounting and tax tickets.
• Review and troubleshoot bookkeeping discrepancies, reconciliations, and accounting transactions.
• Assist customers with tax-related inquiries, notices, and filing status questions.
• Support payroll questions, setup, processing issues, and troubleshooting.
• Document resolutions and maintain accurate customer records.
• Identify recurring issues and opportunities to improve workflows and knowledge resources.
• Learn and work with proprietary platforms and AI-assisted workflows.
