The role requires solid technical accounting judgment and the ability to investigate issues independently. You'll work remotely with coverage 8:00 AM–8:00 PM ET and staggered US business hours, collaborating via Zendesk, email, and scheduled calls.

Qualifications

• Professional accounting experience with exposure to US tax.
• Strong accounting and tax knowledge and customer-facing support.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 support for complex US accounting, tax, bookkeeping, and payroll inquiries.
• Investigate and resolve escalated tickets and directly assigned issues.
• Review and troubleshoot bookkeeping discrepancies, reconciliations, and transactions.
• Assist customers with tax-related inquiries, notices, and filing status questions.
• Support payroll questions, setup, processing issues, and troubleshooting.
• Communicate findings clearly via Zendesk, email, and scheduled calls.
• Document resolutions and maintain accurate customer records.
