Huzzle.Com is seeking an experienced Level 2 Tax & Accounting Support Specialist to handle complex US accounting, tax, bookkeeping, and payroll inquiries. You will apply technical accounting judgment and investigate escalated issues, working with clients to resolve problems.

Qualifications

• Professional accounting experience with exposure to US accounting and taxation.
• Ability to review tax returns, perform reconciliations, and manage payroll.
• Experience handling complex tax and accounting inquiries from customers.

Responsabilités

• Provide specialized Level 2 support for US accounting, tax, bookkeeping, and payroll inquiries.
• Investigate and resolve escalated accounting and tax tickets.
• Review and troubleshoot bookkeeping discrepancies and transactions.
• Assist customers with tax-related inquiries, notices, and filing status questions.
• Support payroll questions, setup, processing issues, and troubleshooting.
• Communicate findings clearly via Zendesk, email ticket responses, and scheduled calls.
• Independently investigate issues, identify root causes, and coordinate with internal specialists.
• Document resolutions and maintain accurate customer records.
• Identify recurring issues and opportunities to improve workflows and knowledge resources.
