Job summary

Spines in Argentina is seeking an experienced Level 2 Tax & Accounting Support Specialist (CPA/EA preferred) to handle complex US accounting, tax, bookkeeping, and payroll inquiries. This role requires strong accounting judgment and independent issue resolution with accuracy and customer service.

The candidate will cover 8:00 AM–8:00 PM ET with staggered US-hour overlap, using Zendesk and AI-assisted workflows. Documentation and knowledge-resource improvements are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience with US accounting and taxation.
• Strong English written and verbal communication.
• Ability to investigate and resolve complex tickets independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 support for complex US accounting, tax, bookkeeping, and payroll inquiries.
• Investigate and resolve escalated accounting and tax support tickets.
• Review and troubleshoot bookkeeping discrepancies, reconciliations, and transactions.
• Assist customers with tax notices and filing status questions.
• Support payroll questions and processing issues.
• Document resolutions and maintain customer records.
• Identify recurring issues and improve workflows.
• Learn and work with proprietary platforms and AI-assisted workflows.
