Responsibilities include handling escalated tickets, reviewing reconciliations, and assisting with tax notices and payroll questions.

Qualifications

• Experience in US accounting and taxation contexts.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 support for complex US accounting, tax, bookkeeping and payroll inquiries.
• Investigate escalated tickets and resolve issues with technical accounting judgment.
• Review reconciliations, discrepancies and accounting transactions.
• Assist with tax notices, filing status questions and payroll questions.
• Document resolutions and maintain accurate customer records.
• Improve workflows and knowledge resources; adapt to new systems.
