Pavago is seeking an experienced Level 2 Tax & Accounting Support Specialist to handle complex US accounting, tax, bookkeeping, and payroll inquiries. You will exercise strong technical accounting judgment and communicate findings clearly to customers, while working from Argentina in a remote setup.

Ideal candidates will have CPA/EA qualifications and hands-on experience with QuickBooks, Excel, and Zendesk.

Formación

• Professional accounting experience, preferably with US accounting/tax exposure.
• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, tax return review, reconciliations, payroll, and financial reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Provide specialized Level 2 support for US accounting, tax, bookkeeping, and payroll inquiries.
• Investigate and resolve escalated tax and accounting tickets.
• Review and troubleshoot bookkeeping discrepancies and transactions.
