Job summary

Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is seeking an Analyst, GSS Learning Projects Operations to coordinate the operational readiness and day-to-day delivery of Wyndham University learning programs in a Global Shared Services model. You will manage calendars, LMS administration, facilitator readiness, registrations, and cross-functional dependencies to ensure consistent program delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience in Learning & Development, project management, or related fields.
• Experience managing projects or initiatives of moderate complexity.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, deliverables, reviews, and approvals.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operational readiness for assigned learning programs and initiatives, managing calendars, milestones, operational requirements, and cross-functional dependencies.
• Own end-to-end operational coordination of recurring webinars and virtual learning sessions, including scheduling and logistics.
• Coordinate webinar promotion and learner communications with Learner Engagement and approvals.
• Manage day-to-day LMS administration for assigned learning programs, including registrations and tracking.
• Coordinate operational requirements across Training Administration, Learner Engagement, and other stakeholders to identify risks and delivery issues.
• Track and report learning operational metrics to support visibility and decision-making.
• Identify recurring issues and opportunities, recommending actions to improve efficiency and learner experience.
• Maintain and improve operational documentation for cross-training and business continuity.
• Provide Training Administration coverage during peak periods.
