Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is seeking an Analyst, Learning Projects Operations in Buenos Aires to coordinate the operational readiness and delivery of Wyndham University learning programs within a Global Shared Services model. You will manage calendars, LMS administration, registrations, logistics, and cross-functional dependencies, monitor metrics, and drive continuous improvement.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent related experience.
• 2–4 years in learning operations or related roles.
• Experience coordinating virtual and in-person learning programs.
• Experience with LMS environments and learner registrations.
• Experience with operational data, reporting, trackers or process documentation.
• Experience supporting vendors, invoices or logistics.
• Experience supporting US-based or global teams.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal) required.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate operational readiness for assigned learning programs and initiatives, managing calendars and milestones.
• Own end-to-end coordination of recurring webinars and virtual sessions, including scheduling and logistics.
• Coordinate webinar promotion and learner communications with relevant teams.
• Manage day-to-day LMS administration: course setup, registrations, access, tracking, troubleshooting.
• Coordinate requirements across departments, identifying risks and dependencies.
• Track and report learning operational metrics to support decisions.
• Identify recurring issues and opportunities for process improvement.
• Maintain and improve operational documentation and checklists.
