Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Specialist, GSS Learning Projects to join our team in Buenos Aires, Argentina. You will independently manage assigned learning projects of medium complexity, coordinating timelines, risks and readiness to ensure successful delivery.

You’ll serve as the key contact between stakeholders and learning delivery teams, translating requirements into actionable plans, and escalating significant scope changes and high-risk matters to leadership.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Learning & Development or project management.
• 4+ years of relevant experience managing medium-complexity projects.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and approvals.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal).
• Experience with Learning & Development initiatives or Shared Services preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Own assigned learning projects with primary responsibility for medium-complexity initiatives.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to secure alignment, approvals, and execution.
• Lead project coordination activities, including meetings and action tracking.
• Manage readiness of learning materials and coordinate reviews with Legal, Communications.
• Define learner engagement requirements and document timelines and channels.
• Identify learner-facing and operational impacts for readiness of engagement teams.
• Provide project health, workload and risk visibility; escalate major decisions.
