Job summary

Wyndham Hotels & Resorts in Buenos Aires is seeking an Analyst, GSS Learning Projects Operations to coordinate the operational readiness and delivery of Wyndham University learning programs within a Global Shared Services model.

You will manage calendars, LMS administration, registrations, and cross-functional coordination to ensure consistent program delivery. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Learning & Development or related field.
• 2–4 years in learning operations or program coordination.
• Experience coordinating virtual or in-person learning programs.
• Experience with LMS environments and learner registrations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; LMS/Zoom/Smartsheet experience preferred.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal) required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operational readiness for assigned learning programs and initiatives, managing calendars, milestones, and dependencies.
• Own end-to-end coordination of recurring webinars and virtual learning sessions, including scheduling and logistics.
• Coordinate webinar promotion and learner communication requirements with Learner Engagement.
• Manage day-to-day LMS administration for assigned programs, including registrations and tracking.
• Coordinate requirements across Training Administration, Learner Engagement, and vendors; escalate risks as needed.
• Track and report learning operational metrics to support visibility and decision-making.
• Identify recurring issues and opportunities for process improvements.
• Maintain and improve operational documentation and guides for continuity.
• Provide Training Administration coverage during peak periods.
