Job summary

Smartrecruiters, Inc. is seeking a Data Migration Lead to coordinate end-to-end data migration activities for a large-scale program within a global consulting context.

You will manage cross-functional teams, define migration approaches and controls, and report progress to senior stakeholders, ensuring a smooth transition to the target system while working 9:00 AM–5:00 PM UTC in a 100% remote role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale enterprise programs.
• Strong knowledge of data migration methodology: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation, loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies.
• Experience working in S/4HANA or similar ERP migration programs (preferred).
• Intermediate to advanced English; interviews and daily work conducted in English.
• Availability to work in UTC timezone (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
