Job summary

Iqvia Llc is seeking a Data Migration Lead to coordinate end-to-end data migration activities for a global program. The role requires coordinating cross-functional teams, defining migration approaches and controls, and managing risks to ensure a smooth transition to the target system.

Responsibilities include leading planning and execution, ensuring data quality, and reporting progress to senior stakeholders. English proficiency and UTC business hours are required for daily work and interviews.

Qualifications

• Experience as Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale programs.
• Knowledge of data migration steps: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies.
• Experience with S/4HANA or similar ERP migration programs (preferred).
• Intermediate to advanced English; interviews and daily work in English.
• Availability to work in UTC timezone (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM UTC).
