Job summary

Fletcher Jones seeks a Data Migration Lead to drive planning and execution of a large-scale migration for a global automotive client. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define migration approach and controls, and manage risks to ensure a smooth transition to the target system.

This 100% remote full-time role requires intermediate/advanced English, availability for UTC working hours (9:00–17:00), and experience with data migration methodologies, ETL, cleansing, transformation, and risk

Qualifications

• Must have proven experience leading data migration efforts in large-scale programs.
• Strong knowledge of extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading processes.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies.
• Experience with S/4HANA or similar ERP migrations is preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced English; interviews conducted in English.

Required Skills

• Proven experience as a Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale enterprise programs
• Strong knowledge of data migration methodology : extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies
• Experience working in S/4HANA or similar ERP migration programs (preferred)
• Intermediate to advanced English — interviews and daily work conducted in English
• Availability to work in UTC timezone (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
