Job summary

Félix is hiring a Data Migration Lead to orchestrate a global data migration program for a world-leading automotive client. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and define the migration approach to ensure a smooth transition to the target system.

The ideal candidate has solid data migration methodology experience, ERP migration exposure (S/4HANA preferred), and advanced English; daily work in UTC. This remote role offers international collaboration and visibility with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience leading data migration in large-scale programs.
• Strong understanding of extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Proven ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies.
• Experience with ERP migrations (S/4HANA preferred).
• Excellent English communication for interviews and daily work.
• Willingness to work in UTC timezone (9:00–17:00).

• Report migration status and progress to senior stakeholders

Required Skills

• Proven experience as a Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale enterprise programs
• Strong knowledge of data migration methodology : extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies
• Experience working in S/4HANA or similar ERP migration programs (preferred)
• Intermediate to advanced English — interviews and daily work conducted in English
• Availability to work in UTC timezone (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
