Job summary

Fletcher Jones is seeking a Data Migration Lead to orchestrate end-to-end data migration activities for a global automotive program. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define the migration approach, and implement controls to ensure a reliable transition to the target system.

This role requires extensive experience in data migration, strong English communication, and the ability to work in UTC working hours, supporting a 100% remote arrangement.

Qualifications

• Experience leading data migration in large-scale programs.
• Knowledge of extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading processes.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies.
• Experience in S/4HANA or ERP migration projects preferred.
• English proficiency for interviews and daily work.
• Availability to work in UTC timezone (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
