AgileEngine, a remote-friendly software studio, seeks a Lead SDET to drive regression automation and testing strategy across the full release cycle. You will establish QA standards, guide automation initiatives, and ensure quality with cross-functional teams.

You will build and maintain tests for UI/API/Performance, collaborate with product and customer teams, and participate in on-call rotations. Strong automation and communication skills are essential for delivering high-quality software.

Formación

• 6+ years of software QA experience
• 6+ years automated testing (UI, API, Performance)
• 5+ years in systems-based testing architecture (auth, platforms, infra)
• 3+ years testing data science models and AI/ML evals
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Gherkin for BDD experience
• Commitment to holistic quality

Responsabilidades

• Build regression automation scripts to support app functionality
• Manually test software for validation and accuracy
• Execute smoke, regression, integration, performance testing
• Record detailed documentation of feature behavior
• Track pass/fail conditions and link to bugs
• Elevate risks to product quality
• Collaborate with product and customer-facing teams
• Participate in sprint planning and refinement
• Use GitHub to maintain automation repos and CI
• Participate in On-Call rotations
