AgileEngine is seeking a Lead SDET to build regression automation and guide testing strategy across the full product release cycle. You will implement regression automation scripts, perform manual validation, and execute a wide range of testing types to ensure software quality.

You will document feature behavior, link failures to bugs, and elevate quality risks. Collaboration with product, engineering, and customer teams is essential to deliver reliable releases and maintain high standards.

Competenze

• 6+ years in software QA building alongside PM, UX, and Engineering Departments.
• 6+ years automated testing (UI, API, Performance).
• 5+ years in systems-based testing architecture (Authentication, platforms, infra).
• 3+ years testing data science models and AI evals.
• Experience with Gherkin for BDD.

Mansioni

• Build regression automation scripts that support app functionality.
• Manually test software for validation and accuracy based on defined criteria.
• Execute smoke, regression, integration, performance tests and others.
• Record detailed documentation of feature behavior.
• Record pass/fails conditions and correlate to bugs.
• Identify and elevate risks to quality of product or process.
• Collaborate with product team to ensure quality throughout SDLC and releases.
• Collaborate with customer-facing teams to incorporate user feedback.
• Participate in refinement and estimations of effort for planning.
• Use Github to maintain automation repos and run scripts.
• Participate in On-Call rotation.
