AgileEngine is seeking a Lead SDET to drive regression automation and testing strategy across the full product release cycle. You will build automation, manually test, and ensure quality from development through deployment.

Formación

• 6+ years in software QA collaborating with PM/UX/Engineering.
• 6+ years in automated testing (UI, API, performance).
• 5+ years in systems-based testing architecture (auth, platforms, infra).
• 3+ years testing data science models and AI/ML evals.

Responsabilidades

• Build regression automation scripts for app functionality.
• Manually test software for validation against criteria.
• Execute smoke, regression, integration, performance tests, etc.
• Document feature behavior in detail and track pass/fail criteria.
• Identify risks and elevate quality issues across SDLC.
• Collaborate with product teams to ensure quality throughout release cycles.
• Work with customer-facing teams to incorporate user feedback into testing strategy.
• Assist in refinement and effort estimation for accurate planning.
