AgileEngine is seeking a Lead SDET to build regression automation and guide testing strategy across the full product release cycle. This role requires hands-on automation development for UI/API/Performance testing, collaboration with product and customer-facing teams, and participation in on-call rotations.

You will drive quality through the SDLC, mentor teams, and contribute to planning with accurate estimations while leveraging GitHub for automation repos and tooling.

Formación

• 6+ years of experience in a software quality assurance role building alongside PM, UX, and Engineering Departments.
• 6+ years of experience in automated testing including UI, API, Performance.
• 5+ years in systems-based testing architecture - Authentication, platforms, and infrastructure focus.
• 3+ years of experience testing data science models and AI/ML evals.

Responsabilidades

• Build regression automation scripts that support app functionality.
• Manually test software for validation and accuracy based on defined criteria.
• Execute smoke, regression, integration, performance and other testing types to ensure proper behavior of software.
• Record detailed documentation of feature behavior.
• Record pass/fails conditions of tests and correlate failures to bug identification.
• Identify and elevate any risk to quality of the product or the process.
• Collaborate with the product team to ensure quality throughout the SDLC and product release cycles.
• Collaborate with customer-facing teams to incorporate user feedback in the testing strategy.
• Participate in refinement and estimations of effort to promote accurate planning.
• Utilize Github to maintain automation repositories, run custom scripts, and facilitate automated quality practices.
• Participate in On-Call rotation.
