AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Lead SDET to build regression automation and guide testing strategy across the full product release cycle. You will own automated QA efforts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality from development to deployment.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in software QA, strong experience with TypeScript, Gherkin, AI/ML data testing, and excellent written and verbal English. This is a remote-friendly role with global teams.

Formación

• 6+ years in software QA building with PM, UX, and Engineering.
• 6+ years in automated testing (UI, API, Performance).
• 5+ years in systems-based testing architecture (auth, platforms, infra).
• 3+ years testing data science models and AI/ML evals.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Holistic quality mindset.
• Experience writing and using Gherkin for BDD.

Responsabilidades

• Build regression automation scripts to support app functionality.
• Manually validate software against defined criteria.
• Execute smoke, regression, integration, and performance tests.
• Document feature behavior in detail.
• Record test pass/fail criteria and link to bugs.
• Flag risks to quality of product or process.
• Collaborate with product team across SDLC and releases.
• Incorporate user feedback into testing strategy.
• Use GitHub to maintain automation repos and run scripts.
• Participate in on-call rotation.
