AgileEngine is seeking a Lead SDET to build regression automation and guide testing strategy across the full product release cycle. You will collaborate with product and customer-facing teams, maintain automation in Github, and participate in on-call rotations to ensure quality throughout the SDLC.

Requires 6+ years in QA, 6+ years in automated testing, and 3+ years testing data science/AI/ML evals. Remote, international alignment with flexible schedules is offered.

Formación

• 6+ years of experience in software QA across product cycles.
• 6+ years in automated testing (UI, API, Performance).
• 5+ years in systems-based testing architecture (authentication, platforms, infra).
• 3+ years testing data science models and AI/ML evaluations.
• Strong written and verbal communication; holistic quality mindset.
• Experience with Gherkin for behavior-driven development.

Responsabilidades

• Build regression automation scripts that support app functionality.
• Manually test software for validation and accuracy based on defined criteria.
• Execute smoke, regression, integration, performance and other tests.
• Record detailed documentation of feature behavior.
• Record pass/fails conditions and correlate to bugs.
• Identify and elevate risks to quality of product/process.
• Collaborate with product team to ensure quality throughout SDLC.
• Work with customer-facing teams to incorporate user feedback in testing.
• Participate in refinement and estimations of effort.
• Utilize Github to maintain automation repos and run scripts.
• Participate in On-Call rotation.
