You’ll learn talent sourcing at scale, earning mentorship and working with a modern stack, including dedicated sourcing platforms and AI tools, while you grow in a remote LATAM-friendly environment.

Responsibilities

• Research each new role to understand the ideal candidate and where to find them.
• Write and personalize outreach, then test subject lines and openers to lift reply rates.
• Post and promote roles so the right people see them.
• Review incoming applicants and shortlist candidates to talk to.
• Keep your pipeline organized and follow up so no good candidate goes cold.
• Use AI and sourcing tools to handle large volumes while keeping a personal touch.
• Track what's working and adjust your approach based on data.
