Job summary

atomic HR is a recruiting startup focused on helping talent across Latin America land remote roles with US/Canada startups and agencies. This role sits on our internal team and requires no recruiting experience; you’ll be mentored while you learn the talent side.

You’ll generate leads for marketing and creative roles, craft outreach, post roles, review applicants, and keep a clean pipeline. Part-time, fully remote from LATAM, paid weekly in USD as a contractor.

Qualifications

• Curiosity and a real drive to learn across many roles and industries.
• Strong written English, able to write to strangers in a human tone.
• Resourcefulness; adapt to new tools without a script.
• Organized, with clean pipelines and good follow-through.
• Self-motivation and pursuit of performance goals.
• Comfort with basic metrics and willingness to test approaches.

Responsibilities

• Research new roles to identify ideal candidates and sourcing channels.
• Write and personalize outreach; test subject lines and messages.
• Post and promote roles to reach the right audience.
• Review applicants and shortlist those worth speaking with.
• Keep the candidate pipeline organized and follow up regularly.
• Use AI and sourcing tools to handle high volume while staying personal.
• Track results and adjust strategies based on data.
