You’ll learn to identify ideal candidates, craft personalized outreach, post roles, review applicants, and manage a scalable pipeline while using data to optimize results.

Responsibilities

• Research each new role to understand the ideal candidate and sourcing channels.
• Write and personalize outreach, test subject lines and openers to lift replies.
• Post and promote roles so the right people apply.
• Review applicants and shortlist those worth talking to.
• Maintain an organized pipeline and follow up to avoid losing candidates.
• Use AI and sourcing tools to manage high volume with a personal touch.
• Track performance and adjust approach based on data.
