No recruiting experience is required; you’ll be mentored while you learn the talent side and work remotely within LATAM.

Responsibilities

• Keep your pipeline organized and follow up so no good candidate goes cold.
• Use AI and sourcing tools to work through a large volume without losing the personal touch.
• Track what's working, and change your approach when the numbers say so.
