Responsibilities

• Research each new role to understand the ideal candidate and where to find them.
• Write and personalize outreach, test subject lines and openers to lift replies.
• Post and promote roles so the right people see them and apply.
• Review incoming applicants and shortlist candidates worth talking to.
• Keep pipelines organized; follow up to prevent delays.
• Use AI and sourcing tools to handle high volume while keeping a personal touch.
• Track what works and adjust strategies based on data.
