We are a creative production company that has grown for 6 years primarily through relationships and referrals. Now we are ready to grow beyond our network and we need someone to build the engine that makes that happen. The Growth Analyst is the behind-the-scenes force powering our new business development.
You will research, identify, and qualify leads across the marketing and advertising industry, primarily through LinkedIn and AgencySource, and help turn a partner's network into a scalable pipeline.
This is a research-heavy, strategy-adjacent role. You are not the face of the brand on first calls, that's the Partners work. But you are the reason those calls happen. Over time, there is a clear path toward owning more of the outbound process end to end.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and build targeted lead lists. Brand marketing leads, content producers, and marketing decision-makers at agencies and major brands (food, retail, entertainment, and similar).
- Use LinkedIn and AgencySource to identify and qualify prospects that fit the ideal client profile.
- Deliver weekly lists of high-quality leads with LinkedIn profiles, contact details, and relevant context
- Conduct market and industry research to identify the best opportunities for outreach.
- Draft outbound email sequences and LinkedIn messages as the firms voice. In a clear, warm, and tailored manner to each target.
- Send first-touch outreach on the CEOs behalf when appropriate, using a branded HomeTeam email.
- Track responses, manage follow-up timing, and keep the pipeline organized.
- Maintain a clean, organized lead tracker. Every contact logged, every follow-up timed.
- Report weekly on pipeline activity: leads added, outreach sent, responses received, and next steps.
- Spot patterns in what is working — which industries, roles, and messaging generate the best responses.
- Growth & Paid Media Support (Evolving)
- Support the setup and management of paid media campaigns on LinkedIn as the company moves into paid acquisition.
- Assist with inbound lead management as campaigns begin to generate responses.
Must-Have
- 2–5 years of experience in a growth or marketing role — you have done research and outreach before, not just supported it.
- Strong LinkedIn fluency — you know how to search, filter, and identify the right people.
- Analytical and organized: you build lists that are clean and actionable, not just large. You track everything.
- Strong written English. You will be writing outbound copy that represents the brand. Tone, clarity, and cultural fluency matter.
- Cultural fluency with the US market. Especially the advertising, marketing, and creative industry. You understand how this world works.
- Self-directed: The CEO sets direction at the start of each week. Execution is yours to own.
- Experience working at or with a global brand or global agency
- Background in advertising, creative production, or marketing services
Nice to Have
- Experience with paid media campaigns on LinkedIn.
- Portfolio or examples of brand positioning or institutional communications work.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Notion, or similar)
- Experience using AgencySource, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar prospecting databases.
- Has run or supported a LinkedIn outreach campaign — not just posted, but prospected
