HireHawk is seeking a Customer Service & Lead Intake Specialist for a fully remote role, aligned with US Pacific business hours. You will handle inbound calls, qualify leads, and maintain customer data with accuracy, delivering a professional and friendly customer experience.

Prior experience with flooring/home improvement context is a plus, but not required. Responsibilities include gathering lead information, routing to the right team, and ensuring timely follow-up while maintaining high data

Formación

• Must have excellent spoken English and able to communicate professionally with US-based customers.
• Minimum 2 years in customer-facing roles (customer service, inbound sales, lead intake, receptionist, appointment-setting).
• Strong phone etiquette, active listening, and rapport-building skills.
• Comfortable handling high-volume inbound conversations and data entry into systems.
• Experience entering and maintaining lead information in a CRM/ERP or similar system.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound calls and inquiries from prospective and existing customers professionally.
• Answer basic questions about flooring products, services, and processes.
• Gather and qualify lead information, including project details and timelines.
• Enter and maintain customer and lead data in the company system.
• Route qualified leads to the appropriate team member and ensure timely follow-up.
