Job summary

EvoPoint Solutions is seeking a Dynamics 365 CE/CRM Consultant to lead complex Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement implementations. You will design solutions, set architecture patterns, and guide data, security, and integrations to improve sales, service, and customer experience. Remote, full-time role based in Argentina or globally.

The role requires 5+ years in consulting, strong Dynamics 365 and Power Platform experience, and excellent English communication; B2 proficiency is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of consulting and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM.
• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Business Admin, or related field.
• B2 English proficiency; able to read technical docs and communicate professionally.

Responsibilities

• Design complex Dynamics 365 CRM solutions and business process models.
• Define technical patterns, controls, and standards for Dynamics 365 configuration and Power Platform.
• Establish data, security, integrations, and production readiness strategies.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and lead root-cause analysis.
• Lead technical reviews, solution validations, and operational readiness activities.
• Provide technical guidance and knowledge transfer to junior consultants.
• Communicate progress, risks, dependencies, and blockers throughout the project lifecycle.
