Job summary

Endava is seeking a Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Technical Team Lead in Cordoba, Argentina. You will lead the technical design and delivery of enterprise-scale CRM and automation solutions, combining hands-on development with architecture and leadership.

You will work with Dynamics 365, Power Platform, PCF, and Azure to deliver integrated solutions across ERP and intranet platforms. Strong senior-level experience and team leadership are required.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Apps and Dataverse.
• Experience designing and developing PCF controls.
• Proficiency in React and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Strong experience delivering integrations through Microsoft Azure.
• Experience leading technical teams while remaining actively involved in hands-on delivery.
• Strong understanding of solution architecture, lifecycle management, security, and deployment practices.
• Ability to lead refinement sessions and convert complex requirements into practical technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and delivery of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
• Facilitate requirements refinement and translate business needs into actionable technical stories.
• Design and develop applications using Power Apps and Dataverse.
• Lead form development using Power Apps Component Framework (PCF) controls.
• Provide hands-on development using React and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Design and oversee integrations between Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and other systems through Azure.
• Establish development standards and ensure solution quality, maintainability, security, and performance.
• Review solution designs and code, resolve technical issues, and guide the engineering team.
• Support sprint planning, estimation, dependency management, and delivery.
• Lead the onboarding and ramp-up of additional team members.
• Collaborate closely with product owners, architects, business stakeholders, and delivery teams.
• Lead initial requirements refinement, solution alignment, technical planning, and backlog preparation.
• Establish a strong technical foundation while maintaining delivery momentum.
