Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of consulting and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM or closely related solutions.
• Experience in complex production environments and large-scale deployments.
• Hands-on knowledge of Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Power Platform, Dataverse, CRM configuration, and security.
• Ability to assess quality, service continuity, performance, cost, and risk in solution design.
• B2 English proficiency and ability to understand technical documentation.

Responsabilités

• Design complex CRM solutions integrating Dynamics 365 CRM, CX, and business processes.
• Define technical patterns, controls, and standards for Dynamics 365 configuration and Power Platform.
• Establish data, security, integrations, and production environment strategies.
• Troubleshoot and lead root cause analyses for critical issues.
• Optimize solutions for reliability, security, performance, and cost efficiency.
• Lead technical reviews and operational readiness activities.
• Provide guidance and knowledge transfer to junior consultants.
• Support technical decision-making with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Identify reusable assets and propose improvements to standards and processes.
• Maintain clear project documentation and communicate progress and risks.
