IQVIA is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead in LATAM for a remote, full-time role. The incumbent will lead the Centralized Monitoring team, collaborate with project and clinical leads, and optimize delivery quality, speed and cost while complying with ICH GCP and SOPs.

Responsibilities include managing resources, developing monitoring strategies, and mentoring junior staff across global studies. Excellent English is mandatory.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• 3+ years of clinical monitoring experience (remote or on-site).
• 2+ years in a Lead role.
• Advanced knowledge of ICH GCP and local regulations.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple global projects and priorities.
• Ability to lead and coach a team.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables across global projects.
• Manage resources (CRAs, Central Monitors, CTCs, Centralized Monitoring Assistants).
• Develop monitoring strategy and RBM tools; support study analytics.
• Attend study team and client meetings; provide actionable inputs.
• Mentor junior staff and ensure quality documentation and eTMF readiness.
