IQVIA is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM to oversee the global centralized monitoring team, partner with project and clinical leads, and ensure delivery aligned with contract requirements while optimizing speed, quality and cost.

This remote role covers LATAM locations, requiring +3 years of remote or on-site clinical monitoring, +2 years in a Lead role, strong English, and expertise in ICH GCP. Monday-Friday schedule may apply depending on project.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field is required.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on-site).
• +2 years in a Lead role in clinical operations.
• Advanced English communication is mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and collaborate with project and clinical leads to achieve project objectives.
• Oversee clinical deliverables, risk identification, and mitigation strategies across global studies.
• Mentor junior staff and manage study metrics, RBM tools, and audit readiness.
• Support development of analytics strategy and monitoring approaches.
• Attend study team or client meetings and drive continuous process improvements.
